CRM4unleased John Straumann tells me he's just finished a technical edit of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Unleashed book by Marc Wolenik, Damian Sinay and published by Sams. Damian also wrote the book 'Web Services with C#'.

You can preorder a copy from Amazon.com. I hope that someone will post a review there soon too.
