Exporting CRM Data into Excel

If  you are using the Export Data to Excel capabilities you can select Dynamic worksheet as an option. This option allows you to choose which columns you want to include:

Note that the only difference between this Dynamic worksheet and a static worksheet is that the data can be refreshed when the worksheet is opened.
