One of my favorite individual CRM bloggers is Michael Lu who's Adventures of a Vagabond is a good read. In addition to covering CRM Michael discusses his world travels, food, drink and friends. And as an apparently avid photograph, his pictures are excellent.

Getting an e-mail router to work with POP3 access has generated a lot of questions. But Michael's The CRM 4.0 E-mail Router with POP3 video demystifies the process. Kudos Michael!
