Customer Suggestions for CRM-next aka CRM 5.0

I run the customer suggestion triage for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM team. There, I said it. We use the Microsoft Connect system which I must say has made this process a LOT easier. We have a team of dedicated people who look at each suggestion and then move the new ideas to the team product studio database.

The ideas that are coming in are nothing short of amazing and really give this team insight into what is important to our customers. So when Ben Riga created a video called CRM 5: Chatting with the Platform Team on Channel 9 you can be sure that a lot of the ideas we are exploring for CRM-next are based on what we are hearing from our MVPs, Partners, and customers.
