TechEd 2014, new MVA greatness and your Hero status awaits...
With two TechEd's throughout October and the Microsoft Azure Australian Geo launch, it has definitely been a busy month for Microsoft Australia. If you didn't get the chance to make it to TechEd Sydney or Melbourne, all the sessions are now up on Channel9 and paired with MVA courses for you to go deeper in all areas. If you want you can skip straight to skip straight to the keynote by our Executive Vice President of Cloud and Enterprise, Scott Guthrie. He was a crowd favourite!
Microsoft Virtual Academy has also had a huge month. There have been many MANY new course releases, but I wanted to call out a few that may be more relevant to you;
Public Cloud and the IT Professional: Legal Aspects - level 300
How to Assess Your Windows Server 2003 Environment - level 200
Windows Server 2012 R2: Active Directory Enhancements - level 300
Azure SQL Database for Business-Critical Cloud Applications - level 200
Getting started with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning - level 100
Automation and Self-Service with System Center 2012 R2 - level 300, delivered by our very own, Andrew McMurray!
New courses are great, right? Yes, but what's even better? A free t-shirt!! At the moment you can sign up to be an MVA Hero! Then you can start earning your Hero badges and be one of the first to collect all the figurines. All the details you need to become an MVA Hero are here.
Cheers,
