Arabization of Fabulous 40 MOSS Application Templates

very common question we get these days from our customers : how can i arabiz the 40F Templates ?

The F40 are divided into two sets: 20 Server Admin templates (WSP) and 20 Site Admin templates (STP).

To translate the 20 Server Admin templates, you need to translate the .resx files for the applications. The resx files are in two places:

\12\Resources\

\12\CONFIG\Resources

You’ll also need to create the WebTemp files for each language. The web template files are here: 12\TEMPLATE\[lcid]\XML\WEBTEMP*.xml

The 20 Site Admin templates are only available in English, and there is not a supported localization strategy for them other than rebuilding each template in the language of choice.

    I translated resx files, put them into both Resources directories, created WEBTEMP* files. But even now I couldn't see Admin templates during the process of creating the new site. I would like to ask you, how I can create new fold with Application Templates in my language? or how can I use those templates in my language? thanks a lot for help
