Unified Communications in a Software + Services World

For those who couldn’t make the Worldwide Partner Conference in New Orleans last month, I delivered a presentation to Microsoft partners on opportunities available for teaming up with certified hosters and delivering Unified Communications Solutions. Attendees enjoyed the hands-on approach of the session. The fact that Microsoft Communication Services can also be leveraged by traditional reselling partners if they are partnering with a certified hoster was well received.
