Microsoft Acquires DesktopStandard Corporation
I wanted to make you aware that Microsoft announced the acquisition of DesktopStandard Corporation, the leading developer of Group Policy-based enterprise desktop management products. With this acquisition, Microsoft is acquiring GPOVault, PolicyMaker Standard Edition, Registry Extension, Software Update and Share Manager. These products integrate with and extend Microsoft’s existing Group Policy management tools providing additional value to customers immediately.
