Having trouble entering your license agreement number into a Forefront Server Protection or Antigen product?

Hey folks- 

I noticed some recent questions on one of our DLs from users who were having trouble getting Forefront Server Protection and Antigen products to accept their license agreement number.  If you are having a similar problem, you should read the article "Why can't I enter the License Agreement Number?" on the FSS Nerds blog, which may help you resolve the problem.
