No prompt for credentials when you start Outlook 2010 as an initial application in RDP or as a published application in Citrix Zen

INTRODUCTION

Microsoft Outlook 2010
does not prompt for credentials if one of the following conditions is true:

  • You start Outlook 2010 as an initial application in a remote desktop (RDP) session.
  • You start Outlook 2010 as a published application in Citrix Zen.

    Also don't promt while in VirtualBox.

    Does not work using Outlook 2010 published as a Remote App from a Windows 2008 R2 x64 session host. The fixit keeps telling me this doesn't apply to my version of Office or Windows. Tried creating a .cmd file to import a .reg to implement the additional key, but it still does not work.
