Learn how to manage change within your organization to promote use of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step. By using Sure Step your organization will be better able to implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions on time, within scope and within budget!

Microsoft Dynamics invites you to participate in a series of web casts designed to demonstrate the benefits of adopting Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step, as your company’s implementation methodology, and to enable you to drive its adoption within your organisation.

Microsoft’s 'Sure Step Adoption' series of web casts consists of a set of four online sessions to be attended sequentially. These provide a complete toolbox to take you through the process of adopting Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step into your organization.

Partners who attend and implement the changes advised in these web casts will also receive first level of support from the trainer, addressing their questions on how to drive adoption in their company.

 

The web casts are run over the course of a four-week period. You register for all four at the same time. The series will be repeated three times. You should only register for one of the series of four webcasts.

Webcast 1 - The reasons to adopt Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step

Description: This web cast will establish the business case for a Microsoft Dynamics partner to make the strategic decision to make Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step the preferred method of operation for their services department. The session will discuss the short- and long-term benefits for the partner organization, as well as the investment necessary to successfully adopt Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step into the relevant parts of the organization.

  

Webcast 2 - Taking the first step: Planning and preparing for Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step adoption

 

Description: This web cast will discuss how to prepare the Microsoft Dynamics partner organization to become methodology-enabled. This includes appointing a project lead, building a plan and selecting he first implementation project to help build experience and confidence.

  

Webcast 3 - Prescriptive actions to drive Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step adoption

 

Description: This web cast describes in detail the support documents and tools available to guide the Microsoft Dynamics partner through the process of adopting Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step. Additionally, various pitfalls are identified and the session gives specific directions to resources and support options.

  

Webcast 4 - How to stay Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step - enabled

 

Description: This web cast describes how to use the Sure Step methodology and tools to further develop and support a strategy of verticalization or specialization. Microsoft Partners will learn how to utilize the methodology to the maximum. Moreover, they will learn how to continue to improve based on their own experience.
