    Great stuff and thanks for sharing.  Honestly it is refreshing and balanced to get "salesy" info vs. all the tech heavy stuff.   CRM bridges functional and technical so a view from both left and right brain is refreshing and appropriate.

    We're a lot smaller than the 50 user minimum for the rebate.  What can you do for the small guys.  We're evaluating MS CRM for 6 users, but the cost is pretty steep.
