learning the dvorak keyboard

there are a lot of things we take for granted in a full version of an operating system.  i’ve been interested in learning the dvorak keyboard for years, but only recently have i been spending time learning it.  imagine the increased security of typing in passwords where even if someone remembered your keystrokes, they don’t correspond to the anything on their keyboard?

windows 7 isn’t the first version to have an onscreen keyboard – really helpful when you are learning the dvorak keyboard layout.

i am using it now so this may be the slowest post ever.  i have memorized where the vowels are, the abcde and fghij keys and . so far.
