New software diagnostic service available

My colleague Steve Justice has just blogged about a new software diagnostic service called Fix it Center Pro that we’ve now made available. This represents the beginning of a new era in which the expertise and experience of hundreds of Microsoft Support Professionals around the world is harnessed in the automated analysis of diagnostic data and the resolution of support problems.
