High Quality Downloadable XNA Tutorial Videos Being Made Available
You spoke, I listened! I am rendering the detailed, screen-intensive videos in 1280x1024 resolution for you to download and enjoy so that you don't need to mess with pausing a streamed MSN video.
The rendering process takes quite some time, and the uploading is a bit of a pain, but I am hosting them over at the newly launched Windows Live Skydrive. By the way, if you sign up for a free Skydrive account, you get 5GB of hosted storage, which is pretty sweet.
I've got the first three screencasts rendered and uploaded. You can take a look at them here:
- 02 Creating and Linking XSI and XNA Projects (wmv, 11.4 MB)
- 03 Building a Simple Model (wmv, 19.7MB)
- 04 Displaying a Simple Model in XNA (wmv, 23.9MB)
There are a lot more on the way, but these should definitely help you guys :)
You can always refer to (and bookmark) the original post and look for the wmv links by each entry in the index.
Please remember to subscribe to my blog so that you can get updates as I add the rest of the content!
Thanks for your interest and I'll keep you posted.

Thank you for this. Since I like to study 'offline', I prefer to be able to download and watch at home. Waiting for the rest of the videos. Thanks, MaurĂcioAnonymous

Excuse me but I can't seem to be able to download any of your videos. I followed the link to the live account, clicked 'Download' and I got a blank page. I am really interested in watching them and seeing as you went through so much trouble as you said I think you should check that out. Maybe it's just me, because I live outside the US (Mexico to be exact) or maybe it's something else. Does anyone else got this same problem? Thanks in advance.
