Sysinternals acquired by Microsoft

This schocked me.  When I've talked to Mark, or people who know him well, he seemed resolute about staying outside of Microsoft becasue coming in house would prevent him from doing some of the things he wants to do.  Welcome Mark.  It's great to have your join our team!
