Input on customization scenarios for the next release of SharePoint guidance

We are rolling right into scoping the next release of patterns and practices SharePoint guidance for SharePoint 2010.  Now this is a little different than how pattners and practices typically works since we working in advance of a product release.  There will be many great features coming in 2010 that you'll hear about over the coming months, but the reality is that many of the fundamental business problems and required customizations remain the same.  We are looking for input on what customization scenarios are most important to our customers as we plan for this release.  Please give us feedback on new areas you'd like to see covered, or areas you'd like to see extended from our current release, Developing SharePoint Applications.
