Matt Powell posted the other day that the Product Feedback Center can now be used to provide Microsoft with your feedback and suggestions on WSE and Indigo. Here's a link to Matt's post:

Well, we have recently rolled out the capability for folks using Web
Services Enhancements and Indigo to take advantage of the Product
Feedback Center.  Not only can you submit bugs or suggestions on these
products, you can also provide your 2 cents on which bugs are the most
important ones for us to address.
