Support Becomes Easier
We made the troubleshooting support access much easier for our Partners and we are constantly updating our Partners about the same. If you don’t have the details yet, please follow the below steps:
- Go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx
- Sign in with your .net credentials.
- Select the Product for which you are setting up the case.
- Select the option “Submit Online”
- Accept the agreement.
- Complete the Product selection/confirmation wizard.
- Select the option which says that “Professional (5-pack),Open License Value (OLV), and other contracts (Access ID required)”
- Type in your Support Contract Number in Access ID and Password field. Your Microsoft Contact can help you with your support contract number in case you don’t have it yet.
- Proceed further with wizard question and you are done.
