Heather: The james bond of recruiting

Got a fun message today from heather -- turns out she is a “talent scout” who works at Microsoft.. Who knew, I thought only sports teams and hollywood had scouts.  She has a great blog that talks all about the recruiting pipeline with a specific spin for marketing.  Definitely check it out!
