Hi, I posted this comment in the blog post for 70-564 but got no response. The beta for the 70-564 has been over a long time ago. Any idea of when the results of the beta exam will be released or the exam will go live? Thanks, Tarique

I have already taken this Beta exam on 10/10/2008.  Can I retake it now that the beta has been reopened?  I have not received a Pass/Fail yet from MS. Thanks, Bill

Hi Jeff: I don't know what others' experience was, but at the prometric center I was at, the first virtual lab locked up after about 1/3 the way thru the 1st exercise.  On 2nd virt lab, scn went blank and it said something like "lost network connection".  I was not able to take either of the virt lab parts of the exam, only the conventional exam itself. thanks Harvey

I just took the exam this afternoon. I am curious as to why only C# and Visual Basic .Net were given as language options. As a Windows development exam, shouldn't C++ also be made available? Of course, there were only about three or four questions where the actual language was used, and in most of those, there was room for both languages to be listed.

Yes, the beta has been re-opened. You won't be receiving your score until a week or two after the exam goes live.
