Could not reset IIS, IISAdmin wouldn't start

When trying to start IISAdmin, I get

Event log contains

Description:
The IIS Admin Service service terminated with service-specific error 2147549465 (0x80010119).

Killed inetinfo.exe with task manager

OK.

    that worked. just wondering what caused this issue and how can i avoid it rather than break-fixing itThank you
