Azure Service Fabric Customer Profiles from Build 2017 - D+H and Wolters Kluwer
Service Fabric Technical Customer Profiles at Build 2017
At Build 2017, the Azure Service Fabric team highlighted two customers and their technical customer profiles, which AzureCAT helped publish.
D+H: Using an agile methodology, D+H is creating the lending platform of the future on Azure. They can now pivot faster in response to market demands, test new products and capabilities, and quickly deliver features that boost business value. Service Fabric provides them with service density, horizontal scaling, self-healing (new VMs are brought online to replace failed servers and workloads transparently recover on failure), upgrade management, and cost savings through a shared environment model. ddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd | Read the profile: https://aka.ms/SF/DH |
“Components of our application can be scaled up as needed.”
— Scott Wade, D+H Group Leader of the Digital Lending Platform
Wolters Kluwer: The CCH Axcess Suite is a cloud-based tax preparation, compliance, and workflow solution. To improve capacity and lower costs, they broke up this very large, mature software system into smaller, independent microservices. Service Fabric provided stateful services (quick recovery from software crashes), resource optimization (services are created dynamically), parallel deployments (to respond to late-breaking changes), application availability (no downtime when pushing upgrades), and reliable data (highly available, durable data storage).dddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd | ddddddd Read the profile: https://aka.ms/SF/WK |
“Service Fabric enabled us to go further quicker by using their building blocks.” — Bill Hilke, Wolters Kluwer Lead Architect
