Update 3025945 now available for the IE9 crashing scenario after MS14-080 is installed from some applications
A quick note to share the direct download for the update to address the Internet Explore 9 crashing scenario after updating to the December cumulative update ms14-080 kb3008923.
This update is NOT available via Windows update but you can manually download it. Steps outlined in the KB3025945 article.
Important Prerequisites:
You must have the IE MS14-080 December Cumulative update https://support.microsoft.com/kb/3008923 installed with Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 / Windows 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2008 with Service Pack 2.

Sorry, but I don't understand why it is not available in the Windows Update system.All our clients in the company with IE9 has this problem. - Anonymous

Hi, do you know if there are plans to release this through the usual windows update/WSUS channel? If so any idea of timescales?We have pulled kb3008923 from WSUS until this is resolved and are understandably keen to get this redeployed.Cheers - Anonymous
