I used that term, because one of the things that has kept me fascinated for the past 16 years in this industry is that there is always a continuous new challenge around the corner, with each new project.  Sometimes it is technical in nature, sometimes business related, sometimes political.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge that I have gained over the years, and learning new things as well.
