VSTS Check in Policy Installer - Helper Project

A former co-worker from my past life at Software Architects and fellow Team System guru, Chris Kadel has begun doing some work to make deploying check-in policies against Team Foundation Server quick and painless.  He's not quite finished and is looking for some collaboration from anyone out there willing to geek out with him.  If only there were 40 hours in every day I might be able to do it myself :)
