OWA address book searches displaying hidden users

Bit of an odd one, if your E2k7 address books have hidden entries, and you have several address books (you should be using HMC!) you may find hidden users appear in searches in the GAL in OWA but not when scrolling.

 

Depending on what you set the msExchQueryBaseDN to you will get different behaviour.

Typically this is either null or set to the OU the users sit in. Setting this to the Address books DN you want the users to see gives the desired behaviour.

Can be a bit of a big change so do test this one!
