Abstract: How will you sell a product from your e-store that requires the buyer to be at least 21 years old when you can not ask the date of birth to the buyer? How can you externalize authentication/authorization of your users and not store user credentials? What is claims based authentication? What is STS? We'll take a look at all these with Microsoft's approach using WIF (Windows Identity Foundation).

About the Presenter:  Volkan Uzun has a Master's Degree in Computer Science and works for BiTKOO, a company specializing in Identity and Access Management.He is interested in Security, Secure Programming, and checking out new Windows Phone 7 platform.
