I am explaining here how to enable diagnostic logs in Azure webapps using PowerShell

  • Application logs (File System or Blob)
  • Web server logs (File System or Blob)
  • Detailed error messages
  • Failed request tracing

Assuming you have web app and storage account already created in same resource group.
