At Microsoft patterns & practices, teams use Visual Studio Team System to manage their agile projects. Index cards are a key tool for agile teams to manage their tasks. Ade Miller from p&p posted this blog  detailing two techniques that teams at p&p uses to get the index cards out of TFS work items: 1. Using TFS Excel integration and MS Word mail merge and 2.Using Conchango's Scrum Task Board for TFS.
