    The survey is frustrating, to say the least.  I'm just a programmer.  I don't know how many employees there are, or how much revenue there is.  It's not my job to know as a programmer.  In addition, some of the questions make no sense and don't define their terms well.  I gave up in exasperation after the first few questions.  Please do some usability testing on these surveys before you release them.
