NEW - AD FS Design and Deployment Content for Windows Server 2008

We have updated the R2 version of the ADFS Design and Deployment Guides so that they now include Win2k8 specific guidance (where necessary). Most of the content changes are in the Deployment guide and address the various UI changes from R2 to Win2k8.
