  I would call this "The importance of selecting the right operating environment".I see these types of messages quite often on airline terminals through to ATM machines.Whoever is deciding on a on a standard configuration of Windows desktop should be educated on the use of properly configuring an operating system or using embedded versions.It is never acceptable to throw error messages up to users who can't possibly interact with the dialog.  Instead they should be configured to silently report the issue to a central db and continue operating wherever possible.[)amien
