Gta online not compatible on xbox

So i just finished gta story mode and i paid my money for gta online and its not downloading even though i have xbox core game pass and i dont know what to do to get it working it said xs but thats the only one there is

If I get the Xbox gamepass and buy a game, will I still be able to play the game after the GP expires since I bought the game?

I'm interested to get the gamepass but I want to buy a game with the discounted price and I was wondering if I would keep the game after the gamepass expires or if I have to re-activate the gamepass to be able to play the game that I bought.
