no-start-ma on Synchronization Service Management

When I check on Azure AD

It says password hash. Both on-prem and cloud using the hash password.
So not sure what is the issue.

Can anyone help me. Check on the solution give didn't work at all.

    @Mrul Thank you for reaching out to us. As I understand you are trying to troubleshoot "no-start-ma" error on your Azure AD Sync server.

    A "no-start-ma" error, which occurs when there are name resolution issues (DNS) in AD, any issues in your on-premise AD with respect to name resolution issues, network connectivity problems.

    You can use telnet tool to check if any ports are blocked to the domain controller which your sync server is communicating. Since how long are you facing this issue.

    Any events in the event logs which you can share at the time of this error.
