How do I disable Search Highlights for Windows 10 using Registry or GPO?

I need to disable Windows Search Highlights using the Registry because I need to do this on a large number of computers.

All computers are Windows 10 Pro 21H2.

From what I have read, I need to change the value "EnableDynamicContentInWSB" to "0" here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Policies > Microsoft > Windows > Windows Search

The problem is that "Policies" only contains "COMMS" and "DM" keys. There is no "Microsoft" key.
I manually added the additional keys, created the value, and restarted but it did not work.

Thank you in advance!

    Try through Group Policy :

In the Start Search type gpedit.msc and hit the Enter key.

In the left pane, navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Search.

In the right pane, locate and open Allow search highlights.

Select Disabled and click Apply > OK.

    Reboot.
