Azure Hybrid Benefit and Visual Studio Subscription

Question

I have a Visual Studio Enterprise subscription which obviously includes all kinds of licensing including Windows Server. Can I use that licensing in my VMs as part of the Azure Hybrid Benefit? This is for Dev/Test workloads anyway. I would assume that I can, however, I cannot find any good documentation on that, specifically how Azure Hybrid benefits fits with Visual Studio subscriptions.
