We want to do an Exchange Multitenant Hybrid Configuration, i.e. we have an Exchange2016 on-premise and 12 Microsoft365 tenants. With 12 AD Connect installations, the user accounts are then synchronized from the OnPremise ActiveDirectory to the corresponding tenants using OU/filtering. After that, an Exchange Hybrid scenario is to be implemented. As of today, is it possible to implement a hybrid scenario with 12 M365 tenants with an OnPrem Exchange 2016? According to the following tech entry, there is a soft limit of a maximum of 5 tenants: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/september-2020-hybrid-configuration-wizard-update/ba-p/1687698

    @Abanoub Halim

    Yes, one Exchange on-premises could hybrid with multiple Exchange online. But it only supported hybrid with less than 5 tenants as said in that blog.

    If you want to create hybrid for less than 5 tenants, you could follow this blog to do it: Single On-Premises Exchange to Multiple Office 365 Tenants – Part 1
