How to pick event of azure subscription creation and cancellation within a tenant?

@Meenakshi Thanks for reaching out. Event grid has different event sources as documented here. We do have the Azure Subscription as the event source where you can get only Microsoft.Resources supported event types as documented here.

Unfortunately, as of now event grid cannot be used for your use case but you can refer to this document where you can leverage logic app, log analytics service etc and build your Kusto query for the subscription created and cancellation.

@MayankBargali-MSFT , thanks for referring the document.
I have one concern regarding this, while listing subscriptions in logic app as mentioned in the referred document, I am only able to list 1000 subscriptions within a tenant and their is no option of pagination also.
Is there any way to list all subscriptions ( > 1000) within a tenant?

@Meenakshi Thanks for your response. Can you create a new Q&A post for the tracking, and it would be easier to search for community members facing the same issue. I will reach out to my team as I don't see any configuration on the List Subscription action as of now. This could be limitation of the connector as of now, but I will reach out to the team for confirmation.
