Extracting Data from a public folder
We have a public folder on Exchange that has multiple tasks within, each task has a file attachment Excel and an email with a PDF attachment. We would like to find a way to extract both files from the task and place it in SharePoint or OneDrive folder that we could access later. Does anyone know of a script, power automate or tool that would be able to accomplish this task.

You can extract data from a public folder using Outlook.
    Here are the steps:

    1. In Outlook, click on File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
    2. Select Export to file and click Next. Then Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next.
    3. The full structure of mailbox, along with all the account accessible folders will be shown. Now, expand the Public Folders and find the folder you wish to export and click on it. Make sure to tick the Include subfolders checkbox and click Next. If you would like to make some filtering options, click on the Filter button.
    4. The export process will take time, depending on the size & complexity of your public folder and the resources you are using.
