MS-900 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals has not been retired yet. Check out all exms/certifications on Microsoft Learn, you will find it as one of the valid exams

I think that MB-900 was updated by MB-901. They have the same content.
MB-901 is available to schedule exams.
