iscsid: connect to 127.0.0.1:5365 failed (Connection refused)

Question

Hi,

I have two spot VMs (Ubuntu 18.04), one is running fine for weeks now, another is rebooting every week or so.
It's not deallocating, just rebooting so I think it's not related to the spot VM.

During the time of reboot, syslog only logs this error a few times:
iscsid: connect to 127.0.0.1:5365 failed (Connection refused)
No other relevant information in the syslog.
I use a managed disk.
VM type = Standard D8s v3 (8 vcpus, 32 GiB memory)

Any idea?

Good point. It detected an unhealthy status but doesn't give much more information. This is all I got:
