Why Can't I Edit my Profile?

I have made several attempts to update my profile without success. I did upload my avatar/picture, and it shows up. But I cannot add my email preference and country/region. When I click Save, nothing happens.

Does the lighter blue "Save" button mean that the button is not active? The "Save" button in the Personal info section is a darker blue.

Richard, I also got "Unable to execute your request" several times yesterday and again just now a few times (so I'm having to retype my reply) I opened a case for this as well. QnA is some subset of learn.microsoft.com and the profiles we use are for all of learn.microsoft.com so you might want to start a new issue here about profile.

@Richard Mueller I just have one question.
Is your E-Mail Account part of a Company Licence ? or do you own it privately?
If your part of a Company or your licences are given by your company, you can edit your Data or personal information only if it's approved or if you got the privilege to do so.

Otherwise, you can change that information here:
    https://account.microsoft.com/

Or click on" My Microsoft Account" and then under your name on the left side you will find the link whit the description "further actions" if you click on that you can edit all your private information online.

I hope, I can help you whit that.
