Not enough disk space to start container on Web App

I get the following error after container update:
Unable to start container. Error message: Not enough disk space to start container. Current available space: 1255 MB. New container estimated disk space: 1566 MB

The container is running in a PC2 plan, with one other container. Checking the File system storage tab on the host I can see that the container is using 8.5MiB.

Any idea how to free up space?

issue can be resolved by scaling to larger plan, restarting containers and finally scaling it back down.
