I have a Sony WH-1000XM4 bluetooth headset and Linux Mint 20.2 Cinnamon Edition.
When I'm in a meeting in Teams for Linux, my headset microphone does not appear in the list of microphones, but it does if I go into the sound setting in system settings, and I can verify in the system settings that the mic works and is getting sound when I speak, however the mic does not appear in Teams.

Could you detect the microphone in Teams web client?
Do you try the other brand Bluetooth headsets? Does anybody else have the same problem? Maybe you could create a support request from https://admin.microsoft.com so the engineer team can troubleshoot and assist you in resolving this issue.

Yes, it's been a few days because it's been christmas and I had a few days off :)
And I just checked to see if there has been any changes to my issue, and unfortunately no.. I still can't even view the option to select my bluetooth headset in the teams menu.
I can choose to use my webcam which is connected via USB, but I would much rather be able to use my headset.

Hi, @JimmyYang-MSFT . I have the same problem as @Pierre Bengtsson , the microphone of my bluetooth headset is not detected by Teams, although my Ubuntu 22.04 system can detect it. It can only detect the microphone of my laptop. I am using it in the browser.
