What is the "Driver failing signability test WHLK" error message?

I am a beginner user of the WHLK Tool.

I using "input.inf" in the window file. and make the Extension file. to activate the Wake on Touch function.
I tried to make WHLK Package but I meet this error message after WHLK Test.

but I meet this error message" -> "Package creation stopped due to Driver failing signability test WHLK"

I tested all HID-Touch Screen items, but I met the error.
Is there anything else I need to test?

Probably too late to help the original poster, but in case someone else runs into this signability test error from HLK during package creation, make sure all files needed by the INF are in the driver folder you're trying to package. This may include the WDF co-installer, e.g. WdfCoinstaller01011.dll (or the file for whatever KMDF version you're using).

Thanks a ton for that tip, that would have taken me a while to figure out. Just for others, it will require at least the cat and inf file.
