We have a domain abc.com now we created a test domain xyz.com. is it possible to add xyz.com to abc.com DNS servers. if yes then please guide how?

As per my understanding, in a domain environment, usually we will deploy Active Directory integrated zone DNS services on domain controllers. So as for our request how to add xyz.com to abc.com DNS server, do we mean that we want to create the lookup zone or conditional forwarder on abc.com DNS server?

Yes , you can create a secondary DNS zone for xyz.com hosted in one of the DNS servers in abc.com domain controllers
