unable to login to outlook on mobile device

Hi all

One of my user is unable to login to outlook on his mobile, it says device limit reached. when i check-Mailbox features-Mobile Devices-View details i dont see any mobile device. experts guide me on this

    Do you configure Intune in your organization?
    You can post the screenshot of the alert here, and don't forget to cover your personal information. We may get more clues from the alert.

    Does the user have other accounts configured on the mobile device? Did the user setup the account successfully before?

    Please check if the mobile device is blocked or quarantined. You can use the following command to check ActiveSync organization settings, and make sure DefaultAccessLevel is set to Allow, and check all device access rules for double confirm:

    get-ActiveSyncOrganizationSettings|fl 
    Get-ActiveSyncDeviceAccessRule | fl Name,QueryString,AccessLevel
