It looks like some where parameter value assignment in the pipeline is incorrect or parameter expression may contain invalid characters.
Could you please share more details on exactly in which activity you are getting this error? Also, What expressions you are using inside that activity?
It would be great help if you can share detailed steps of implementation and details of where you are getting error to repro scenario and help with resolution.

Although the error seems like parameter assigned is incorrect but we got the same error in multiple pipeline, even in the pipelines where collectionName is not even the parameter. From our end we checked all the parameters are configured properly.
Activity type - Copy
A simple Copy activity to copy data from CosmosDb/Integration account to storage account.
It would be great if you can share your email. I'll connect you through teams to show the exact issue.
