Issue with Microsoft David desktop voice

Hi,

I am using Windows Server 2016. On that server, I have two voices installed - Microsoft David Desktop and Microsoft Zira Desktop.
I am using System.Speech dll for doing text to speech conversion.

For Microsoft David voice, the System.Speech.dll is not able do text to speech conversion. Error received is – “Cannot set voice. No matching voice is installed or the voice was disabled”

For Microsoft Zira voice, I did not see any error.

Please help me out on this problem.
